How do I get a private transfer?

We can arrange a private transfer if you wish. Please note that this is an outsourced service and the hotel is not responsible for it.

There are car rental outlets all over the city and inside the international airport.

How to rent a car in Búzios?

There are car rental agencies in Búzios and they usually offer two options: standard cars and open cars, known as "Bugres". Our receptionists can arrange this service with the agencies if necessary. Please note that our establishment is not responsible for the efficiency of these services.

Does the hotel have secure parking?

The hotel offers 24-hour parking for guests, but Casas Brancas is not responsible for damage caused by third-party cars.

How to get there by public transport?

Buses leave from the Rio de Janeiro bus station usually every 2 hours, from 6am until 8pm. The journey takes approximately 2h30.

Cancellations and changes must be requested by email (reservas@casasbrancas.com.br). If you have booked through third parties such as agencies or OTAs, cancellations and changes must be requested directly from them.

Are taxes included in the daily rate?

You must add 10% tax to the daily rate.

Are the rates per apartment or per person?

The rates are valid for a double room, whether occupied by one or two people.
In some apartments, a third bed can be added, which costs 30% of the room rate.

What are the different room options at the hotel?

Casas Brancas has 33 rooms, all individually decorated, with nine different categories:

Junior Standard: Accommodation that offers the simplicity and comfort characteristic of the hotel with an internal view.

Standard: Accommodation with an internal view, preserving all the comfort and identity of the Casas Brancas style.

Classic: Accommodation with panoramic sea view without balcony

Superior: Accommodation with panoramic sea views and small balconies.

Deluxe: Larger accommodation with panoramic sea views and a larger private balcony.

Junior Suite: Accommodation with panoramic sea views, small balcony, living room and bathtub.

Master Suite: Spacious accommodation with panoramic sea views, private balconies and a bathtub or small pool.

The Suite: Unique accommodation with a sea view, private pool, sofa positioned to favor the view and sun lounger on the balcony. This room has around 60m2.

The Loft: A unique space with the best views of Casas Brancas. It has 160 m² located on the hotel's elegant rooftop. A spacious balcony with panoramic sea and sunset views, two bathrooms and an independent kitchen area.

Do all the rooms have a sea view?

The Junior Standard and Standard categories do not have sea views, but retain all the comfort and identity of the Casas Brancas style.

What is the layout of the beds in the apartments?

Single or double apartments offer one double bed, which, depending on the characteristics of the apartment, can be separated into two single beds.
If separate (single) beds are required, a special request must be made in the remarks field of your booking.
A quadruple apartment offers 01 double bed in one apartment and two single beds in another, sharing a bathroom.
If 03 single beds are required in the same room, a special request must be made in the remarks field of your booking.
Children are included in the maximum number of people in each apartment and must be informed at the time of booking.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, a tropical breakfast served on the terrace facing the sea is included in the rate.

Yes, Casas Brancas has a meeting room with a maximum capacity of 18 people.


From what age are children admitted?

Casas Brancas welcomes children from the age of five. They will be considered within the capacity of each apartment. When booking, please inform the reservations department of the inclusion of minors.

Visa and passport

Do I need a visa to enter Brazil?

Visitors from different countries will not need a visa as long as their passport is valid for at least six months from the time they enter Brazil.

No visa is required for European Community countries, including the United Kingdom. A tourist visa is required for citizens of the USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico and Japan.

At check-in, guests will be asked to present an official identification document from their country.

What is the Lost & Found policy?

Items forgotten by hotel guests and found after departure will be kept for return to the owner within 90 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be disposed of as the hotel sees fit.

Is professional photography or the use of drones allowed on the property?

In order to maintain the privacy of all our guests, the use of drones is not permitted on our property, and it is expressly FORBIDDEN to take photographs for commercial or professional purposes that associate the hotel with any type of brand. Failure to comply with these policies will result in the summary cancellation of the reservation, with no refund of prepaid amounts.
It is strictly forbidden to produce any publicity campaign or advertisement for products and services within the premises of CASAS BRANCAS BOUTIQUE HOTEL & SPA, either in the common areas or in the private areas without prior formal authorization (in writing). Failure to comply with this rule, using Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel & Spa as a rental for these same purposes, will result in administrative and judicial measures to remove the advertising campaign and/or advertisement of products and services, in addition to the payment of a fine in the amount of R$ 30,000.00 (thirty thousand reais) and any losses and damages to be arbitrated in court. In this way, the guest acknowledges and agrees with this policy presented by the hotel when making their reservation, being fully aware of the restrictions and other measures.
